Job summary

CoreWeave is seeking a Specialist Field Engineer to drive success for AI workloads on our cloud platform. You’ll establish strong technical relationships, guide customers through Kubernetes deployments, and lead PoCs while collaborating with engineering teams.

The role blends hands-on implementation with strategic product feedback. Ideal candidates bring 7+ years in cloud infrastructure, a deep Kubernetes background, and experience running AI/ML workloads at scale.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Cloud Infrastructure-, HPC, or related roles with distributed systems
• Experience building customer relationships and communicating technical concepts clearly
• Hands-on in designing and implementing cloud solutions and Kubernetes-based workloads

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical contact for customers, focusing on Kubernetes and HPC environments
• Collaborate with customers to prototype, deploy, and optimize tailored solutions
• Lead PoCs to demonstrate value and viability of CoreWeave solutions
• Drive technical leadership in customer meetings, workshops, and engagements
• Act as a virtual member of CoreWeave's Kubernetes product and engineering teams to suggest improvements
• Provide insights on product features, functionality, and performance for roadmap discussions
• Perform technical reviews of workloads and identify opportunities for optimization
• Stay updated on Kubernetes, cloud trends, and related technologies
• Prototype and initiate R&D for emerging products with actionable insights
• Represent CoreWeave at conferences and industry events with occasional travel
