Zusammenfassung

CoreWeave is seeking a Technical Support Engineer - III (Cloud) to join our CX team. You’ll work on Kubernetes-powered HPC cloud infrastructure, resolving issues for high-profile AI workloads and collaborating with engineers to keep clients online and productive.

You will mentor colleagues, contribute to playbooks, and engage in on-call rotations, including occasional after-hours coverage, to sustain exceptional customer experiences and drive continuous improvement across the platform.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in cloud support, systems administration, or related roles.
• Hands-on Kubernetes experience and Linux administration.
• Proven mentoring and cross-team collaboration.

Aufgaben

• Mentor teammates and share advanced troubleshooting skills.
• Review tickets for QA and provide real-time coaching.
• Deliver training to improve issue resolution efficiency.
• Investigate, debug, and resolve customer-impacting issues.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction with clear, empathetic support.
• Lead creation of knowledge resources and guides.
• Serve as escalation point for high-priority cases.
• Participate in on-call rotations and after-hours coverage.
