Job summary

CoreWeave is seeking a Technical Support Engineer - III (Cloud) to be on the front lines of our Kubernetes-powered HPC cloud. You will resolve high-priority issues, mentor teammates, and help shape the product roadmap while delivering exceptional, high-touch support to customers.

You will work with data centers, engineers, and researchers to ensure performance and reliability across AI workloads, with on-call rotations and occasional after-hours coverage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent technical experience required.
• 5+ years in cloud support, systems administration, or related roles.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and Linux are essential.
• Experience mentoring teammates and improving team capabilities is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Guide and mentor team members in developing technical skills and troubleshooting capabilities across CoreWeave disciplines.
• Provide real-time feedback and coaching, reviewing tickets to identify opportunities for improvement and ensure QA.
• Develop and deliver training sessions to improve proficiency in resolving customer issues.
• Investigate, debug, and resolve customer-impacting issues with curiosity to uncover root causes.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction through swift, accurate, empathetic high-touch support communications and best practices.
• Help design and implement troubleshooting best practices to ensure fast, accurate client resolutions.
• Contribute to refining processes, workflows, and playbooks for handling complex customer challenges.
• Serve as a technical escalation point for high-priority escalations or complex cases.
