Job summary

CoreWeave is seeking a Specialist Field Engineer to be a technical lead for customers leveraging our high-performance cloud. You will drive Kubernetes-based solutions, oversee PoCs, and work closely with customer teams to optimize workloads and ensure success across the client lifecycle.

You will collaborate with product and engineering to shape roadmap, stay current on HPC trends, and represent CoreWeave at events. Expect travel as needed and a competitive compensation package.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Cloud Infrastructure, focusing on building distributed systems or HPC/cloud services.
• Proven ability to communicate complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience running AI/ML workloads and coordinating with customer engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical contact for customers using CoreWeave cloud infrastructure, focusing on Kubernetes in HPC environments.
• Lead PoCs and prototype workloads to demonstrate value to customers.
• Collaborate with customers to tailor solutions and align with their business needs.
• Provide feedback to product/engineering teams on features and improvements.
• Represent CoreWeave at conferences and events as needed.
