Job summary

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a Solutions Architect to help accelerate growth in the World Wide Public Sector. You will own the technical engagement around implementations, define architectures, respond to RFPs, and develop deep expertise in AI/ML and security.

You will collaborate with sales, partners, and internal teams to drive reusable solutions and thought leadership while mentoring others and advancing customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of specific technology domain areas (e.g., software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data & analytics) experience.
• 3+ years of design, implementation, or consulting in applications and infrastructures experience.
• 10+ years of IT development or implementation/consulting in the software or Internet industries experience.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical engagement and ultimate success around specific implementation projects.
• Define implementation architectures and respond to RFPs; develop deep expertise in AWS technologies, AI/ML and security.
• Lead and share best-practice knowledge within the AWS solution architect community and mentor others.
