Job summary

Ensono is seeking a Principal Solution Architect – CloudRemote for the United States. You will lead multi-year transformation programs, design reference architectures, and own complex technical solutions for enterprise clients.

Collaborate with Sales, Consulting and Client Success to drive cloud adoption on AWS/Azure/GCP and shape technology roadmaps to deliver measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in solution architecture or related leadership roles.
• Client-facing consulting/managed services background in enterprise environments.
• Pre-sales experience OR post-sales enterprise architecture with strong customer-facing track record.
• Deep knowledge of infrastructure domains: compute, storage, networking, security, backup, disaster recovery, automation, DevOps, IT governance.
• Hands-on experience with at least one of: AWS, Azure, or GCP, including landing zones and migration patterns.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic programs as the Lead Solution Architect for all initiatives.
• Collaborate with Sales, Consulting and Solution groups to create Pursuit, Solution, Sales strategies for Enterprise clients.
• Conduct discovery, assessment and solution development workshops to craft winning solutions.
• Develop and document solutions that meet client requirements and allow adaptation to changing industry needs with focus on transformation and re-platforming.
• Present technical solutions and business cases to diverse audiences.
• Gain executive buy-in for complex solutions through executive and Expert-level discussions.
