Job summary

Ensono is seeking a Principal Solution Architect – Cloud to drive multi-year transformation initiatives for enterprise clients in the United States. You will lead solution design, collaborate with sales and consulting teams, and deliver complex migration and modernization programs.

The role requires deep cloud and infrastructure expertise, strong executive communication, and a track record of delivering client outcomes across significant engagements.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in solution architecture, consulting, solution engineering, or technical leadership in managed services/cloud/infrastructure/datacenter environments.
• Client-facing consulting/managed services background designing enterprise solutions in outsourcing, cloud, infrastructure, or hosting environments.
• Pre-sales experience or post-sales enterprise architecture with strong customer-facing track record; lead discovery & design workshops.
• Deep knowledge of infrastructure domains: compute, storage, networking, security, backup, DR, automation, DevOps, IT governance.
• Hands-on with at least one of AWS, Azure, or GCP, including landing zones, IaaS/PaaS, migration patterns.

Responsibilities

• Support strategic programs as the Lead Solution Architect for all initiatives.
• Collaborate with Sales, Consulting and Solution teams to create Pursuit, Solution, Sales strategies for Enterprise clients.
• Conduct discovery, assessment and solution development workshops to craft winning solutions.
• Develop and document solutions that meet client requirements and adapt to changing industry needs.
• Conduct solution development sessions and present technical solutions and business cases to diverse audiences.
• Gain executive buy-in for complex solutions through executive-level discussions.
• Work with finance and pricing teams to create pricing models.
