Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Cybersecurity Team Lead to direct a front-line team securing DoD multi-cloud (AWS, GCP, Oracle) and hybrid infrastructures. This role empowers you to mentor talent, direct advanced alert triage, and influence operational strategy with senior leadership.

The position can sit at Hill AFB, UT, or other core sites, with a stable five-day, 8-hour shift and structured training to support career growth while ensuring mission readiness and security across major defense programs.

Qualifications

• DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification or higher.
• DoD 8570 CSSP-A Level within 180 days of hire.
• Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Direct a 6-8 analyst team for threat monitoring, triage and incident response.
• Coordinate multi-cloud security across AWS, GCP and Oracle.
• Interface with incident response teams and USCYBERCOM customers.
• Author detailed incident reports and escalation communications.
