Leidos is seeking a Cybersecurity Team Lead to direct a front-line team securing DoD multi-cloud (AWS, GCP, Oracle) and hybrid infrastructures. This role can be based at Columbus, OH; Scott AFB, IL; or Hill AFB, UT, offering mentorship, advanced alert triage, and strategic input with senior leadership.

The position emphasizes 24x7 readiness, structured training, and a people-first leadership approach while maintaining a stable five-day, 8-hour shift schedule.

Qualifications

• Active DoD Secret clearance with TS eligibility.
• DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification or higher.
• DoD 8570 CSSP-A Level Certification within 180 days of hire.
• Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of directly relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Direct a 6-8 member cybersecurity team across proactive threat monitoring, alert triage, and security operations.
• Lead integration of threat intelligence into sensors and enterprise SIEMs.
• Oversee multi-cloud log analysis across AWS, GCP, and Oracle environments.
• Coordinate incident responses with internal teams and USCYBERCOM as escalation point.
• Prepare thorough incident reports and communicate findings to customers.
