Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Cybersecurity Team Lead to direct a front-line team securing DoD multi-cloud (AWS, GCP, Oracle) and hybrid infrastructures. This role involves mentoring staff, guiding alert triage, and shaping operational strategy with senior leadership.

You will oversee proactive threat monitoring, incident response coordination with customers and USCYBERCOM, and deliver high-impact escalation reports while maintaining a stable, five-day, 8-hour shift schedule.

Qualifications

• Active DoD Secret clearance with eligibility for Top Secret clearance.
• DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification or higher (e.g., Security+ CE, SSCP, SANS GSEC).
• Ability to obtain DoD 8570 CSSP-A Level Certification within 180 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Direct a team of 6-8 cybersecurity analysts across threat monitoring, triage, and incident response.
• Lead multi-cloud security analysis across AWS, GCP, and Oracle.
• Coordinate incident response with customers and USCYBERCOM; produce detailed investigation reports.
