Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Cybersecurity Team Lead to direct a front-line team securing DoD multi-cloud (AWS, GCP, Oracle) and hybrid infrastructures. The role sits at three core sites: Columbus, OH; Scott AFB, IL; or Hill AFB, UT, with a 5-day, 8-hour shift schedule.

You will mentor talent, manage advanced alert triage, and coordinate incident response with senior leadership and USCYBERCOM, shaping operational strategy and mission success.

Qualifications

• Security Clearance: Active DoD Secret with eligibility for TS.
• Baseline Certification: DoD 8570 IAT Level II or higher.
• Specialty Certification: DoD 8570 CSSP-A Level within 180 days of hire.
• Leadership background: 2+ years managing a team.

Responsibilities

• Direct a team of 6-8 cybersecurity analysts across cyber defense operations.
• Oversee proactive threat monitoring and IOC integration into SIEMs.
• Coordinate incident response and escalation with customers and USCYBERCOM.
• Lead multi-cloud correlation across AWS, GCP, and Oracle environments.
• Mentor and develop cyber talent and drive training and career growth.
• Ensure effective communication across analysts, leadership, and customers.
