Wiz is seeking a Customer Experience Manager to lead high-value engagements with strategic, cloud-security focused customers in the Western United States. You’ll collaborate with Sales, Support, Success, product, and engineering teams to drive robust security outcomes and adoption.

You will act as a trusted advisor, guiding customers through multi-year journeys to the cloud, ensuring security practices, and expanding Wiz usage across business units.

Formación

• 6+ years in a customer-facing strategic role.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement.
• Ability to learn Wiz offerings and pricing quickly.

Responsabilidades

• Take ownership of diverse cloud-security projects with Sales, Support, Success, product, and engineering teams.
• Influence stakeholders and ensure security best practices are followed across projects.
• Understand the customer’s business vision and translate security needs into actionable outcomes.
• Build relationships from technicians to CISO-level executives to drive trust and value.
• Advocate for customers internally at Wiz to meet security requirements and timelines.
• Guide customers through Wiz adoption post-onboarding with governance and PM discipline.
• Identify and pursue strategic cloud opportunities to deepen product use.
• Create business cases and perform TCO analyses aligned with security objectives.
• Explain Wiz value and secure solutions at the right time to customers.
