Job summary

You will drive threat modeling, security reviews, and automation, integrating policy-as-code into CI/CD, and establishing secure baselines for multi-cloud resources and Kubernetes clusters.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to recruit, retain and coach a globally distributed security team.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Experience with threat modeling and security reviews.

Responsibilities

• Lead threat modeling and technical reviews across product and multi-cloud infrastructure.
• Drive automation, policy-as-code, and developer-friendly tooling.
• Define secure baselines for multi-cloud resources and Kubernetes (EKS, GKE, AKS).
• Set performance goals, conduct 1:1s, and support career progression.
