Job summary

Wiz is seeking a strategic Customer Success Manager in the Central United States to own cloud security programs for large enterprises. You will coordinate with Sales, Support, Success, and product/engineering teams to ensure secure deployments and adoption.

You will cultivate relationships from technicians to CISOs, evangelize Wiz value, and guide customers after onboarding while driving governance and training for robust cloud security practices.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in a customer-facing strategic role (CSM/AE/etc).
• Proven experience with Fortune 100 customers and cloud-based tech.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills across all levels.
• Understanding of Security SaaS offerings and pricing.

Responsibilities

• Own diverse cloud security projects with Sales, Support, Success, product and engineering teams.
• Engage customers, build relationships from technicians to CISOs, and evangelize Wiz value.
• Drive post-onboarding adoption and guide governance for secure cloud practices.
• Identify opportunities, perform cost analyses, and support business cases.
