Job summary

ASM Research, An Accenture Federal Services Company, seeks a Cloud Computing Support Lead to architect, deploy, and operate secure, scalable cloud platforms for mission-critical workloads. You will mentor engineers and drive automation, monitoring, and incident response across Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud.

Requirements include 8–15 years of enterprise cloud experience, a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and US citizenship with the ability to obtain Public Trust.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• 8–15 years designing, implementing, and operating complex infrastructure or cloud environments.
• Hands-on with Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud including production deployments.
• Expertise with IaC tools (Terraform, CloudFormation) and scripting (Python, PowerShell, Bash).
• Extensive experience leading incident, problem, and change management for critical services.
• US citizenship and ability to obtain Public Trust.

Responsibilities

• Architect, deploy, and manage enterprise cloud environments across major providers.
• Translate requirements into scalable landing zones and platform standards.
• Implement and maintain IaC and CI/CD pipelines for auditable provisioning.
• Design and operate monitoring, logging, and alerting for reliability.
• Apply cloud security practices including IAM, network segmentation, encryption.
• Lead troubleshooting and root-cause analysis across teams to restore services.
• Develop standards, SOPs, diagrams, and recovery procedures for platforms.
• Mentor engineers on automation, tooling, and reliability practices.
