Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
• CSP Associate level cloud certification/s in either AWS, Microsoft Azure, OCI, Google Cloud.
• Professional level certification a plus.
• 8-15 years of IT experience with a combination of.
• 3-4 years of cloud engineering experience, working with vendor platforms.
• 4+ years experience debugging Windows or Linux in admin/engineering capacity.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for deployment, provisioning, hardening, and optimization of cloud infrastructure and related cloud services.
• Build and deploy new cloud-based computing services at scale for clients and deliver timely provisioning of new hosts.
• Formulate design specifications for stable computing operations in a dynamic cloud environment.
• Manage cloud services: IAM, Security Groups, and CSP native services.
• Utilize infrastructure as code, CI/CD, and architecture reviews to manage cloud infrastructure.
• Develop scripts and templates for provisioning and configuration of resources.
• Collaborate to translate high-level objectives into technical requirements.
• Review operational requirements with project teams for deployment and support.
• Develop documentation for best practices related to server infrastructure and cloud computing.
• Serve as liaison with clients in meetings to ensure needs are met.
• Assist with identifying and planning potential new cloud services and capabilities.
