Job summary

ASM Research, An Accenture Federal Services Company, seeks a senior Cloud Computing Support Lead to architect, deploy, and operate secure enterprise cloud platforms across Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud for mission-critical workloads.

You will guide incident response, problem management, and optimization, mentoring cloud engineers in IaC, containerization, and runbooks to elevate reliability and governance across federal IT environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in CS/IT/Engineering.
• 8–15 years of relevant enterprise or federal IT infrastructure/cloud experience.
• Hands-on production deployments on Azure/AWS/GCP.
• Proficient with Terraform and CloudFormation; scripting in Python/PowerShell/Bash.

Responsibilities

• Architect, deploy, and manage enterprise cloud environments across major providers.
• Translate requirements into scalable cloud architectures and landing zones.
• Implement and maintain IaC and CI/CD pipelines for repeatable provisioning.
• Design and operate monitoring, logging, and alerting for reliability.
• Apply cloud security best practices including IAM, segmentation, encryption, and key mgmt.
• Lead incident, problem, and change management for critical services.
• Develop standards, SOPs, diagrams, and recovery procedures for cloud platforms.
• Mentor engineers on automation and reliability engineering practices to build a strong cloud ops culture.
