Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience in outbound product management or related technical role.
• 3 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch (e.g., ideation to execution, 0 to 1).
• Experience translating commercial business models/needs into technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Guide products from conception to launch by connecting the technical and business worlds, breaking down complex problems into actionable steps.
• Own the external roadmap for the product, related solutions and competitive differences.
• Partner closely with product management and product marketing teams to develop and execute go-to-market activities that drive business performance, product adoption and customer satisfaction.
• Anticipate customers’ needs before they arise; predict market trends and future opportunities through deep market research.
• Be a trusted advisor for large/strategic customers; build and maintain excellent customer relationships, gather insights, and feed learning back into the organization and roadmap.
• Work collaboratively with marketing, sales, product, and engineering teams to support expansion of partner and/or customer business and identify technology‑driven strategies for success and operational efficiency.
• Drive alignment across sales, product management, engineering, and product marketing functions to deliver solutions for the customer, providing the direct and online sales teams with the necessary tools and insights.
• Create product demos and presentations for prospective customers.
• Be responsible for all go‑to‑market coordination.
