Senior Outbound Product Manager, Google Cloud

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in outbound product management or related technical role.
- 3 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch (e.g., ideation to execution, end‑to‑end, 0 to 1).
- Experience translating commercial business models/needs into technical solutions.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in a technology or business related field.
- 3 years of people management experience with direct reports.
- Experience operating in a hyper‑growth/entrepreneurial environment and scaling new and emerging products from the ground‑up.
- Domain area experience including API management, big data, infrastructure, compute, or developer operations.
- Demonstrated ability to work cross‑functionally and influence multiple stakeholders without direct authority.
- Knowledge of, or continued interest in building accessibility best practices, and experience/curiosity for incorporating accessibility into product development methodologies.
Responsibilities
- Guide products from conception to launch by connecting the technical and business worlds, breaking down complex problems into actionable steps.
- Play a pivotal role as the technical/domain expert who owns the external roadmap for the product, related solutions and competitive differences.
- Partner closely with product management and product marketing teams to develop and execute go‑to‑market activities that drive business performance, product adoption and customer satisfaction.
- Anticipate customers’ needs before they arise; predict market trends and future opportunities through deep market research.
- Be a trusted advisor for large/strategic customers; build and maintain excellent customer relationships, gather insights, and feed learning back into the organization and roadmap.
- Work collaboratively with marketing, sales, product, and engineering teams to support expansion of partner and/or customer business and identify technology‑driven strategies for success and operational efficiency.
- Drive alignment across sales, product management, engineering, and product marketing functions to deliver solutions for the customer, providing the direct and online sales teams with the necessary tools and insights.
- Create product demos and presentations for prospective customers.
- Be responsible for all go‑to‑market coordination.
Compensation & Benefits
Individual pay is determined by factors including job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. US: $192,000 - $279,000 (USD) + 20% bonus target + equity + benefits.
