Job summary

Resolve Tech Solutions Inc. seeks an Operations Manager / Project Manager to coordinate service delivery for a portfolio of managed cloud customers, ensuring stability, SLA performance, and high-quality execution across SAP and cloud environments.

The role leads real-time incident management, patching, upgrades, change management, and ongoing managed services, while partnering with customers through executive reporting and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

8+ years in IT operations, managed services, or cloud operations.
Experience leading real-time incident management (P1/P2).
Strong ITIL knowledge: Incident, Problem, Change Management.
Experience with ServiceNow and major cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).
Ability to deliver executive reporting and performance insights.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive automation.

Responsibilities

Lead P1/P2 incident management with war room/bridge execution and triage coordination.
Own incident communications and escalation, with executive updates and trackers.
Monitor SLA adherence across ticket management and high-priority issue resolution.
Drive RCA and implement corrective and preventive actions.
Coordinate patch management and change management activities.
Serve as central coordination point across teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
