Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end technical health of customer cloud landscapes, ensuring stability and performance.
• Provide strategic cloud architecture and governance leadership, defining roadmaps and standards.
• Proactively identify risks and escalations, coordinating resolution with customers and teams.
• Lead landscape lifecycle activities, upgrades, migrations, and DR testing.
• Drive automation and continuous improvement for reliable cloud operations.
