Resolve Tech Solutions Sr. Director, MCD Commercial Delivery leads the delivery and operations of SAP and non-SAP workloads across multi-cloud environments for Commercial clients.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in IT managed services, cloud delivery, or infrastructure operations.
• Leadership experience across large, cross-functional teams.
• Proven delivery of multi-cloud workloads and client portfolios.
• Experience with ITIL, governance, and KPI reporting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day IT managed services delivery and SLA compliance.
• Govern delivery for SAP/non-SAP workloads across multi-cloud environments.
• Lead cost optimization, automation, DR drills, and cloud migrations.
• Mentor leaders, manage workforce planning and performance.
• Other duties as assigned.
