Job summary

SAP is seeking a Project Manager to lead the day-to-day delivery of an HANA AWS Cloud Hosted technical solution. You will serve as the main contact for Government Program Managers and coordinate cloud and on-premise SAP assets to meet contract objectives.

Strong CRM and critical-thinking skills are essential for managing customer expectations and driving successful outcomes. Qualifications include 4-year degree minimum, 5–10 years of related experience, and fluency in English.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of related experience managing medium to large projects or programs.
• Experience in an Agile or Hybrid delivery model.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Strong communication skills.
• Familiarity with SAP HANA is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Steer and run medium to large multi-million dollar engagements to implement SAP software for Cloud and On-Premise solutions.
• Build positive relationships with client to understand business priorities and align SAP assets with them.
• Set up and lead governance and PMO processes to manage the solution, deliverables, schedule, resources, and costs.
• Identify and mitigate issues, develop corrective actions and ensure follow-through.
• Develop integrated project plans and drive teams to on-time, on-budget completion.
• Monitor team goals and ensure alignment with broader business objectives.
• Present periodic reports for the Executive steering committee.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and share delivery integration points.
