Raydar is seeking an Infrastructure Engineer to own and extend the core platform infrastructure behind a software platform used by large organizations. The role emphasizes reliability, security, and scalability across cloud and on-prem deployments, with a focus on AI-assisted development tools.

You will build scalable backend foundations, automate multi-account deployments, and collaborate with customer IT teams to ensure secure, compliant operations while shaping how the team works with

Formación

• 3–8 years of experience in platform, backend or distributed-systems engineering.
• Hands-on production experience with Terraform.
• Strong AWS knowledge: VPC, networking, IAM, compute; solid networking fundamentals.
• Experience with CI/CD tooling such as GitHub Actions.
• Working knowledge of Python, Go, and JavaScript/React.
• First-principles problem solving approach to new, non-obvious problems.
• Academic or competitive track record and proven ability in a high-performing team.
• Interest in advancing AI-native developer experience.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain core infrastructure as code, primarily on AWS, with focus on reliability and security.
• Develop foundational backend systems like large-scale code search, authentication, sandboxed execution, and orchestration.
• Automate deployments across customer cloud accounts, including access control, SSO, auditing, and data residency.
• Set up and troubleshoot network connectivity between platform and customer environments (VPNs, firewalls, routing).
• Support compliance work (SOC 2 Type 2, ISO 27001) as position leans toward security.
• Improve the AI-driven developer workflow and internal tooling; start with small issues, then own larger systems.
