Raydar, a remote-first Series B AI platform, is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer to own and operate the cloud platform that powers our enterprise-grade AI services. You will shape CI/CD, observability, and developer experience, working across teams to improve reliability at scale.

You will manage Kubernetes-based infra, contribute to cost optimization, and build monitoring, alerts, and incident response.

Qualifikationen

• Six or more years in software development enablement roles such as SRE, platform engineering, or DevEx.
• Experience owning CI/CD platforms end to end, including caching, design, and developer self-service.
• Hands-on with TypeScript/Node.js and Python; practical Terraform and Kubernetes know-how.
• Familiarity with Helm and observability tooling for logs/metrics/traces.
• Understanding of LLMs and AI development tools with sound judgment.

Aufgaben

• Own and improve CI/CD pipelines, including caching, architecture, and self-service.
• Build developer tools and platform capabilities to reduce toil and speed shipping.
• Extend the agent harness with CI, sandboxes, guardrails, and validation for autonomous agents.
• Operate Kubernetes-based cloud infra and improve cost, reliability, and observability.
• Develop monitoring, alerting, and incident response across logs, metrics, traces.
• Participate in on-call rotation for core infrastructure; non-business-hours pages are rare.
