Job summary

Medius is hiring a Project Manager for Medius Professional Services to lead end-to-end cloud-based spend management implementations for national and global clients. Job Overview

• Act as the main customer contact, ensuring smooth communication and alignment across teams.

• Facilitate workshops (onsite or remote) and guide customers toward best‑practice solutions.

• Report progress to stakeholders and ensure adherence to project methodology and tools.

Qualifications

Required

• Have 2–3 years of project management experience, ideally in IT or SaaS environments.
• Demonstrate strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Are business-minded, results‑driven, and highly organized.
• Manage several parallel tasks with good quality, control, and attention to detail.
• Are fluent in English.
• Have a general understanding of IT systems and are willing to travel occasionally to client and/or company sites.

Preferred

• Experience implementing software or cloud-based SaaS solutions.
• Familiarity with spend management or S2P/P2P processes.
• Experience with ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, or Infor M3.

The estimated base salary range for this role is $125,000k USD - $140,000k USD, which represents a good‑faith estimate of the compensation for this position.

Actual compensation will be determined based on several factors, including but not limited to relevant skills, experience, qualifications, certifications, internal equity, and the geographic location in which the role is performed. Compensation may vary for roles performed in different locations due to differences in the cost of labor.

The total compensation package for this position may also include eligibility for variable compensation (such as a performance bonus or commission), benefits, and/or participation in other incentive or benefit plans, in accordance with the terms of the applicable plans. Benefits may include medical, dental, and vision coverage, paid time off, and retirement benefits, subject to eligibility requirements.
