Job summary

Oracle is seeking a seasoned Sales Representative for Applications, Retail in the United States. You will sell Oracle’s ERP, EPM, SCM, CX, and HCM solutions to new and existing clients, guiding deals from qualification to close and engaging with stakeholders at C-suite and lines of business.

The role requires 5+ years of enterprise software sales, a Bachelor’s degree, and a proven quota-attainment record. Travel as needed; Oracle offers a comprehensive benefits package and a path to career

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 5+ years ERP/EPM/SCM/CX/HCM enterprise-level sales experience.
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding annual sales quotas.
• Ability to penetrate accounts and meet with C-suite and LOB stakeholders.
• Oracle knowledge and/or knowledge of Oracle’s competitors.
• Strong collaborative and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills with prospects/customers.
• The flexibility to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Sell business applications software/solutions to prospective and existing clients.
• Manage sales through forecasting, account resource allocation, account strategy, and planning.
• Provide insight on finance solutions linked to Oracle’s product suite.
• Collaborate with sales executives to address customer challenges.
• Find technical solutions aligning with customer requirements.
