Leadout Capital is seeking a visionary Lead Software Engineer to guide the DET IT Finance Engineering team.

You will define architecture for Workday Financials and enterprise integrations, lead secure API-led integrations, and champion AI adoption across the engineering lifecycle. The role emphasizes cloud-native design on AWS/GCP and mentoring engineers to deliver scalable solutions.

Qualifications

10+ years of enterprise software engineering experience, including ERP platforms such as Workday Financials/Accounting Center or Oracle/SAP.
Experience in complex, integration-heavy environments.
Technical leadership in architecture for large-scale systems.
Expert knowledge of Workday technical frameworks and MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.
Hands-on experience with AI developer productivity tools and embedding AI in workflows.

Responsabilités

Define end-to-end architecture for Workday Financials and integration platforms with high standards for quality, security, and scalability.
Architect and deliver secure, scalable Workday-MuleSoft integrations across systems and banking platforms.
Lead adoption of AI Developer tools and automation platforms within the engineering lifecycle.
Design and operate cloud-native integration infrastructure on AWS and/or GCP, adopting event-driven, serverless, and microservices approaches.
Mentor engineers through architecture and code reviews and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver scalable end-to-end solutions.
