Qualifications

• 7+ years of software engineering experience.

• 3+ years with IaC tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and operate core observability platform services using Go, Python, Java.
• Lead enterprise-wide adoption of OpenTelemetry and instrumentation strategies.
• Architect and scale high-throughput telemetry pipelines across clouds.
• Develop self-service observability and onboarding tooling.
• Implement end-to-end monitoring and define SLOs and alerts.
• Collaborate with SRE/Platform/Cloud teams on reliability standards.
• Lead incident response and post-incident reviews.
• Automate workflows and CI/CD enhancements.
• Ensure secure telemetry pipelines with mTLS and secrets management.
• Produce technical docs and mentor engineers.
• Gather requirements and influence platform roadmaps.
• Provide technical leadership through design reviews.
