Job summary

Google Cloud's federal public sector team seeks a Customer Engineer to help government customers adopt cloud solutions. You will partner with technical sales, differentiate Google Cloud, and present practical cloud architectures to solve business issues.

You will engage with customers to understand requirements, run proofs of concept, troubleshoot roadblocks, and collaborate with product and engineering to align trends and enhancements. Must be a US citizen with TS/SCI clearance.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
10 years deploying air-gapped software and working on air-gapped networks with classified deployments.
Experience presenting to technical stakeholders and executive leaders.
Security concepts including encryption, identity management, access control.
Ability to travel 10% domestically and internationally as required.
Active Top Secret/SCI clearance with current polygraph.

Responsibilities

Build partner specific, go-to-market solutions to reduce business cycles and drive growth.
Own the technical relationship with partners, support pilots and proofs of concept, and migrations.
Advise on integration strategies, architectures, platforms, and infrastructure for complete solutions.
Perform work with the Google Distributed Cloud air-gapped product family.
