Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 2 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages, or 1 year of experience with an advanced degree.
• 2 years deploying, configuring, and troubleshooting infrastructure or large-scale distributed systems.
• Active Top Secret/SCI security clearance and willingness to undergo a polygraph.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute project work, manage priorities, and drive progress. Participate in system design for cloud expansion with senior guidance.
• Deploy and configure air-gapped solutions like Google Distributed Cloud. Install and configure core infrastructure: network switches, firewalls, block/object storage, servers, and HSMs.
• Identify deployment requirement issues and help the team course-correct. Triage infrastructure errors and address commonly escalated issues.
• Leverage scripting and automation to improve deployment, configuration, and management for air-gapped solutions, reducing systemic toil.
• Communicate deployment knowledge within and across teams. Coordinate timelines and objectives for assigned components.
