ClickHouse is hiring a Support Engineer to work remotely in the United States. This role focuses on providing technical support to enterprise customers, specifically for ClickHouse deployments on Alibaba Cloud. The engineer will address customer issues and ensure high-quality service.

The ideal candidate will have solid experience in a technical support role, understanding of SQL databases, and strong communication skills in both Chinese and English.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in technical support, DBA, SRE, or database engineering.
• Technical breadth in Cloud/SaaS platforms and distributed systems.
• Working knowledge of cloud platforms including Alibaba Cloud, AWS, and Azure.

Responsibilities

• Own the lifecycle of customer issues for strategic accounts.
• Diagnose and resolve SQL and query performance issues.
• Advise customers on ClickHouse best practices.
