Job summary

ClickHouse, a global leader in real-time analytics, is expanding its Support Services team. We seek a Senior Consulting Engineer to blend hands-on engineering, migration help, and high-tier consultative support for enterprise customers.

You'll work across Engineering, Support, and Product Management, guiding deployments, POC proofs, and architectural decisions while collaborating with a distributed global team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Professional Services, Support, Technical Accounts Management, Engineering/SRE, and/or Project Management roles.
• Experience with distributed databases and cloud platforms.
• Experience leading and shipping large scope technical projects with multiple engineers.
• Experience with public cloud providers (AWS, GCP, Azure).

Responsibilities

• Project Engineering & Consulting (50%): design, architecture, integration, implementation, and documentation for customer projects.
• Consultative Support (50%): provide case-initiated consultative support for onboarding, production launches, and POCs.
• Provide architectural, technical, and migration assistance, including hands-on tasks.
• Work with Support Team on L1-L3 cases when not on projects and contribute to product roadmap and content creation.
