Job summary

Revolution Technologies in Columbia, SC, seeks a Senior Business Systems Analyst to support large-scale, cloud-based IT initiatives within a Medicare environment. You will translate business needs into technical requirements and work with Agile teams to deliver scalable solutions.

The ideal candidate will have Agile Product Owner or Agile BA experience, hands-on experience with cloud-hosted applications, and a solid understanding of Medicare business processes.

Qualifications

6+ years IT business analysis experience.

Responsibilities

Partner with business and technical stakeholders to identify, analyze, and document business needs and system requirements.
Translate business objectives into technical requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and supporting documentation.
Work within Agile teams, participating in daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, sprint planning, reviews, and other Agile activities.
Utilize Jira and Confluence to manage requirements, document user stories, track work, and facilitate collaboration across project teams.
Support cloud-hosted applications and contribute to delivery of scalable, cloud-based technical and analytics solutions.
Validate proposed technical solutions to ensure they meet customer and business objectives.
