Job summary
TALENT Software Services is seeking a skilled IT Business Systems Analyst to work onsite in a dynamic environment focused on cloud analytics and extensive stakeholder collaboration.
You will define customer needs, document requirements, and guide both technical and non-technical teams to deliver solutions that meet business objectives. Strong communication and analytical abilities are essential, as is experience with Agile methods and project management fundamentals.
Qualifications
- Experience in eliciting and documenting user requirements to meet business objectives.
- Ability to review problem logs, assist with test plans and matrices, and support analysis activities.
- Knowledge of industry practices and ability to explain complex concepts to different audiences.
Responsibilities
- Participate in daily stand-ups within Agile teams and track progress in Jira/Confluence.
- Document user stories and collaborate with developers, testers and stakeholders.
- Guide planning and prioritization of business analysis activities for large projects.
- Help ensure cloud analytics solutions align with customer objectives and business needs.
- Mentor junior analysts and share domain knowledge to support project success.
