The ideal candidate has Medicare domain experience, strong collaboration skills, and proficiency with Jira/Confluence and TestRail/ALM in cloud-enabled environments.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in CS, BA or related field.
• 6+ years IT business analysis experience.
• Experience as an Agile Business Analyst or Agile Product Owner.
• Demonstrated experience supporting Medicare-related applications, systems, or business processes.
• Experience with cloud-hosted applications and enterprise technology solutions.
• Strong proficiency with Jira and Confluence.
• Experience with TestRail or ALM tools.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Aufgaben

• Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to identify, analyze, and document requirements.
• Translate objectives into functional specs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, retrospectives).
• Partner with developers, testers, and business teams to ensure solutions meet customer needs.
• Support delivery and enhancement of cloud-hosted applications and analytics solutions.
• Use Jira and Confluence to manage requirements and documentation.
• Coordinate testing activities with TestRail/ALM and QA teams.
• Analyze current processes and recommend improvements for efficiency.
• Assist with issue troubleshooting and cross-team resolutions.
• Prepare and present project updates and technical findings.
