Tanium is hiring a Senior Software Engineer to build and maintain its product suite within a small, nimble team. The role emphasizes customer engagement to inform design and rapid iteration. You will design, develop, and test new ideas end-to-end, collaborating with product management throughout.

The position follows a hybrid schedule with three days in-office at Addison, TX; Bellevue, WA; Durham, NC; or Emeryville, CA, and includes a comprehensive benefits package and equity opportunities.

Formación

• 5+ years industry experience
• Experience building large cloud-based data services
• Knowledge of Golang, C++, or Rust
• Experience with PostgreSQL
• Experience with API design and development
• Experience with Azure or AWS Database Services
• Experience with cloud object storage such as AWS S3 or Azure Blob Storage
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Pulumi) and container orchestration (Kubernetes)
• Experience with modern software engineering development and automation tools like Git and CI/CD pipelines
