Job summary

Florida Blue is seeking an Enterprise Cloud Architect to shape and govern our cloud strategy across multi-cloud and hybrid environments. You will translate business needs into scalable, cost-effective cloud solutions and lead enterprise migrations with a focus on security and governance.

The role requires 8+ years in IT/architecture and 5+ years delivering cloud solutions, with strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration. Hybrid work arrangement offered.

Qualifications

• 8+ years IT infrastructure, software engineering, or systems architecture experience.
• 5+ years designing and delivering enterprise-grade cloud solutions.
• Experience with large-scale cloud migration or transformation programs.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience in regulated industries is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the enterprise cloud architecture roadmap aligned with business objectives.
• Lead multi-cloud/hybrid designs across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Develop governance frameworks, policies, and cost management standards.
• Oversee migrations including lift-and-shift, re-platforming, and modernization.
• Mentor cloud engineers and lead the Cloud CoE.
