Qualifications

• 7+ years in business or enterprise architecture roles
• 5+ years developing architecture deliverables
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• Experience in business architecture
• Strong communication with diverse stakeholders
• Ability to translate strategy into capabilities
• Experience with research methods and business requirements
• Leadership and collaboration across IT and business

Responsibilities

• Connects business strategy to operational capabilities by analyzing objectives and identifying required capabilities
• Develops and maintains capability models reflecting current and future states
• Creates architecture roadmaps guiding evolution of capabilities and tech solutions
• Produces architecture deliverables to inform decisions and investments
• Partners with VPs and directors to align capabilities with strategic objectives
• Supports investment prioritization across capabilities with strategic recommendations
• Analyzes impact of changes and develops mitigation strategies
• Facilitates cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders
• Collaborates with IT to integrate capabilities into solutions
• Maintains enterprise architecture repository content
