Job summary

Florida Blue is seeking an Enterprise Cloud Architect to lead the design and governance of a multi-cloud and hybrid cloud strategy. You will drive architectural standards, oversee migrations, and partner with security, DevOps, and executive leadership to deliver scalable, cost-efficient cloud solutions.

The role requires deep expertise in cloud platforms, cost management, and modernization, with a track record of enterprise migrations and strong communication to both technical and non-technical

Qualifications

• 8+ years related work experience.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience designing and delivering enterprise-grade cloud solutions.
• Related Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
• Proven track record of architecting and delivering large-scale cloud migration or transformation programs.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the enterprise cloud architecture roadmap aligned with business objectives and IT strategy.
• Lead the design of multi-cloud and hybrid solutions across AWS, Azure, and/or GCP.
• Establish architecture standards, patterns, reference architectures, and guardrails for cloud adoption.
• Oversee cloud migration initiatives including lift-and-shift, re-platforming, re-architecting, and retiring workloads.
• Drive cloud cost optimization strategies and establish KPIs/dashboards.
