Job summary

Florida Blue is seeking a Senior Cloud Architect to design, govern, and evolve the organization’s cloud infrastructure strategy across multi-cloud and hybrid environments. You will serve as the primary technical authority for cloud adoption, translating business requirements into scalable, resilient cloud solutions.

The role covers migration leadership, modernization with Kubernetes, Terraform, and CI/CD, and collaboration with security and IT leadership.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in IT infrastructure, software engineering, or systems architecture.
• 3+ years designing and delivering enterprise-grade cloud solutions.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in CS/IS/Engineering or related field.
• Proven track record migrating/transforming large-scale cloud workloads.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the enterprise cloud architecture roadmap.
• Lead multi-cloud and hybrid cloud solutions across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Establish standards, patterns, reference architectures, and guardrails for cloud adoption.
• Conduct architecture reviews and provide technical guidance to teams.
• Oversee cloud migration and modernization initiatives.
