Job summary

CapTech is seeking a Cloud Architect to lead technical direction across client projects within our Systems Integration practice. You will work with developers, PMs, analysts, and clients to design, implement, and support cloud solutions, ensuring architectural standards are followed and delivering measurable value.

You will advise clients, define architecture, review code, and collaborate with sales to craft solutions, estimates, and work plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent.
• Cloud architecture experience with Azure or AWX.
• 7+ years of software development across a broad set of tools/tech.
• Experience in .NET Framework 4.7 to .NET Core 3.1 and ASP.NET MVC/C#.
• RESTful API development with Web API and Swagger.
• Ability to lead multiple technical project teams and align with business needs.
• Knowledge of cloud concepts: IaaS, Serverless, Containers, PaaS, IAM.

Responsibilities

• Position yourself as a trusted advisor to CapTech clients.
• Oversee technical direction and define architectural standards with client staff.
• Lead internal teams and act as a Service Offering liaison.
• Design, implement, integrate, and support Cloud solutions.
• Define architecture for phased software development and review code.
