Job summary

CapTech is seeking an experienced Data Architect to partner with clients on data delivery strategies. You will lead data architecture efforts, design scalable data pipelines, and drive governance and quality across on-premises and cloud environments.

You’ll mentor data engineers, collaborate with executives and developers, and help grow CapTech’s Data & Analytics capabilities. This role requires strong communication, strategic thinking, and hands-on delivery experience.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience implementing with a variety of on-premises and cloud data management, integration, visualization, and analytical technologies.
• Advanced proficiency in the design and implementation of modern data architectures and concepts such as cloud services (AWS/Azure/GCP), real-time data distribution (Kafka, Kinesis, DataFlow, Airflow), NoSQL (MongoDB, DynamoDB, HBase, CosmosDB) and modern data warehouse tools including Snowflake and DataBricks.
• Advanced proficiency in end-to-end data architecture solutions including ingestion, storage and relational modeling using SQL and Python.
