Job summary

CapTech, a leading technology consulting firm, seeks a Cloud Architect to drive architecture and design across client projects in our Systems Integration practice. You will lead internal teams, collaborate with PMs, analysts, and clients, and shape architectural standards to deliver scalable cloud solutions.

Ideal candidates have 7+ years in software development, strong cloud platform experience (AWS/Azure/GCP), and the ability to translate technical decisions into business value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• Cloud architecture experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• 7+ years of software development experience with a broad range of tools and technologies.
• Ability to relate architectural decisions to business needs and client culture.
• Ability to lead multiple technical project teams.
• Knowledge of IaaS, Serverless, Container, PaaS, Storage, IaC, IAM.

Responsibilities

• Position yourself as a trusted advisor to CapTech clients and define architectural standards.
• Oversee technical direction of client projects and collaborate with client staff.
• Lead internal teams and act as a Service Offering liaison.
• Design, implement, integrate, and support Cloud solutions.
• Define technical and solution architecture for phased software development.
• Provide hands-on technical direction to other developers and review code.
