Guidehouse is seeking an experienced IT professional to provide Tier 2/3 support for mission-critical applications in a cloud environment. You will manage incidents, problems and changes while coordinating deployment support with development and cloud engineering teams.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in application support, AWS experience, and strong monitoring/troubleshooting skills. U.S. citizenship is required for the role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required from an accredited university.
• U.S. Citizenship is required and a Public Trust must be obtainable.
• 5+ years in application support or production operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 support for mission-critical apps.
• Manage incidents, problems, and change implementations.
• Monitor health, availability, and performance of applications.
• Coordinate deployment support with development and cloud teams.
