Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a DevSecOps Cloud Engineer to join our IT Architecture/Cloud team. You will help manage CI/CD pipelines in AWS, contribute to infrastructure as code, and monitor cloud environments to prevent incidents.

Candidates must be eligible to obtain a Public Trust and be a US citizen. The role includes collaborating across security, operations, and development, with opportunities to implement automation, improve deployment reliability, and support ongoing security controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
• 1+ year of work experience in DevOps, cloud engineering, or systems administration.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Federal or DoD Public Trust.
• US Citizenship is required.

Responsibilities

• Support CI/CD pipeline administration, maintenance, and enhancements in AWS environments.
• Assist with IaC development using Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar tools.
• Monitor cloud environments and respond to operational alerts and incidents.
• Support automated deployment, patching, backup, and recovery processes.
• Participate in automation initiatives to reduce toil and improve deployment consistency.
