Job summary

UMB Bank is seeking an experienced CLO Operations professional to support the largest clients with complex needs. You will manage daily client service tasks, monitor controls, and work with senior staff to implement business improvements across processes, policies, and systems.

The role involves resolving complex issues, leading training, and contributing to strategic opportunities within the CLO space while coordinating with legal and compliance teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 7+ or more years relevant experience in the CLO industry.
• Master’s degree or professional certifications (CCTS/CTMC) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide complex support to the largest clients with CLO needs.
• Manage day-to-day operational/client service activities.
• Identify improvements to processes, policies, and systems.
• Handle billing, cash and investment transactions, and compliance items.
