U.S. Bank is seeking a CLO Client Management Team Lead to oversee the leadership and overall management of a Trust unit. The role involves managing operations, processes, and compliance while leading a team with sales accountability and external focus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 8+ years of CLO experience.
• 3+ years of management experience.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in trust administration, fixed income investments, or broadly syndicated loans.

Responsibilities

• Lead a CLO Client Management team to drive increased business and revenue.
• Serve as an expert resource for CLO administration and client escalation issues.
• Provide strategic direction and leadership to pursue unit objectives, standardizing processes and driving efficiencies.
• Ensure compliance with the U.S. Bank Code of Ethics and related regulations.
• Manage direct and indirect reports, staffing, and pipeline via Salesforce.
• Support training and account opening procedures and compliance requirements.
• Engage with customers to understand their typical account activity.
