U.S. Bank is seeking a CLO Deal Administrator Trust Manager to lead a trust unit, develop policies, and coach staff. This role oversees budgeting, reporting, and compliance while driving unit performance and revenue growth across global trust services.

Candidates should have a strong banking background, people leadership, and excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and regulators.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Five+ years of banking operations, sales, compliance/law, accounting, or customer service.
• Minimum one year of management experience.
• Thorough knowledge of the Trust division, its products, processes, and related regulations.
• Strong management skills in planning, budgeting and people management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Sound analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a trust unit and meet unit and divisional objectives.
• Develop and maintain unit policies, procedures, and training initiatives.
• Hire and train staff, establish and monitor performance goals, coach employees.
• Recognize and reward performance results.
• Prepare and review management and exception reports.
• Manage the unit budget by increasing revenue, controlling costs, and reducing expenses.
