The role requires strong people leadership, budget management, and the ability to coach teams while producing management reports and solving complex problems. This is a senior position within a large corporate trust operation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum five years in banking operations, sales, compliance/law, accounting, or customer service.
• Minimum one year of management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead a trust unit or units and meet unit/divisional objectives.
• Develop and maintain unit policies, procedures and training initiatives.
• Hire and train staff, establish and monitor performance goals, coach employees.
